Refund Policy

1. Lifetime Subscriptions

First-time buyers of lifetime subscriptions are entitled to a full refund if cancellation occurs within 14 days of purchase.

If cancellation takes place within 160 days but after the 14-day grace period, a partial refund may be issued. The amount will be calculated by subtracting the monthly rate for each month already used. Any partial month will be considered a full month for calculation purposes.

Second and later purchases of lifetime plans are only eligible for a full refund within 48 hours. After 48 hours and up to 160 days, only a partial refund may be provided. No refunds will be issued beyond 160 days from the original purchase date.
2. One-Time Refund Limitation
Only one refund per disputed payment is permitted. Once a refund has been issued, you waive the right to file another dispute or request a chargeback with XAUBOT or any third-party payment service provider, bank, or financial institution.
3. Refund Processing Time
The time required to process a refund may vary depending on the payment method and banking procedures. While XAUBOT aims to issue refunds promptly, we recommend checking with your payment provider for exact processing timelines.
4. External Fees
XAUBOT is not liable for any charges or fees imposed by your payment provider during the refund process.
