How to Fix the Not Enough Historical Data in Journal Tab?

1. Open MetaTrader (MT4 or MT5).

2. Go to the Tools menu and click on History Center (or press F2 in MT4).

3. In the History Center, find the symbol (e.g., XAUUSD or AUDCAD) you want to download data for.

4. Double-click the symbol to expand the timeframes (M15, M5, H1, etc.).

5. Select the desired timeframe (M15) and click Download.
